Hi to All,
I haven't been active for some time on the forum as I had no issues with my B&O equipment – up till now. The issue occurred yesterday – my B&O Ouverture just suddenly stopped, without any reasons, playing CD. I pushed CD button and then tried with Play button but nothing happened (the same with remote Beo 4). You can see what is going on in the short enclosed video. I can hear and see (of course when CD is not in) that the laser beam is moving up and down however the CD is not spinning.

What do you recommend to do? Is it laser pick up need to be replace, is it some circuit that has broken, is it CD engine?
