The back portion seems to have lips that tuck into the portion holding the electronics. I am sure super glue is NOT the answer, however my big thumbs can’t seem to tuck it all back together again Sad

OK, I give up, what is "it?"

Jeff

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus. Sad

Beovirus victim, it's gotten to be too much to list!

They are my H5s which after serious usage ain’t what they used to be ...

Use rubber bands? Smile No wonder I didn't recognize it, I've never seen a pair in real life. Is it the type of plastic a plastic glue like for models might work?

Good suggestions.

The rubber bands could match the one in my ponytail Big Smile

However first step is a visit to the store tomorrow ... if I can find the purchase / warranty paper work !

If you look very closely at the side of the in line volume control you will see the serial number of your H5's. As long as they have been warranty registered you shouldn't need your original invoice as the serial will be in the B&O warranty database.

If you purchased from  B&O dealer they should have registered your warranty on your behalf. Thats what UK dealers do as the system is automated.

If you want to PM me the serial number I'll be happy to check if it is registered for you.

Regards

Amazing - you are right - on the side of the inline volume control there is a serial number !

Not that I doubted you, but I could not see it, unless I took off my glasses, and then only with the worst eye, and then only when I squinted, and then only when I angled it for reflection !!

I have PMed you the number  thanks so much.
