Boemaster 1001 Volume potentiometers sticking

I recent purchased a unloved Beomaster 1001 which needed an amount of cleaning internally. One problem remaining is that the volume slide potentiometers are sticking mechanically and very rough. They work but I am afraid they could break. The pots are part number 5310026. Does anyone know if it is possible to clean these pots without de-soldering them from the board?

 I would like to open the pots and clean out any dust from the strips. As they are plastic I wonder if they clip together?
