Horizon and Deezer

I just wanted to know if others have problems with deezer on their Horizon, mine is writing the page is unavalable.

Have uninstalled and installed the app a few times, no luck

Try installing the Deezer Mobile version, being a different product. You will end up with two Deezer apps, one with a slightly different background colour . That one should work.

Well I got home and wanted to try and find the mobile deezer .... I just tried one more time to open the deezer app on the tv and it opened ... weeeee .. I heard music on it for a while, no problems..... then later I turned the tv on again and wanted to hear som more music, but then i got tha same message again, the page is not avalable, but the last time I deezer worked, I did put the deezer page on one of my “my choice” buttons.

if I press that it wants to log on to a bang&olufsen smart tv server.  ..... with no luck, it looks like I need to do some registration, could that be my problem?

but when I look in the manuals I cant find anything regarding this .....

Mine on bv11 is also very unstable. Ofen useless, don’t start up. Can I download the app also on bv11?

My experience is with the Horizon.

You could try the following.

1. Refresh Andriod
2. Uninstall the other version of Deezer
3. Power off the TV, then let it restart and connect to the B&O Server, so wait 90 mins. 
4. Then try to install the version of Deezer I suggested thru the App Store. Wait 10 mins or so, could be longer. 
5. If Deezer Mobile installs, then you have a choice to try the app or do a power off, then disconnect the power plug.
6. Try the app, be mindful as you may still have 2 Deezer apps. I found I could not permanently uninstall the other Deezer app.
