Speed cassetteplayer Beocenter 7002 to fast

I replaced the belts of the cassetteplayer. It works good, only the playing speed is to fast. How can I adjust the speed?

You set the motor speed through the small hole at the top of the motor.
Use a thin flad-bladed screwdriver.
