Just realized that I cannot find my dlna content in the app....

Am I doing something wrong?

Used to appear under music, when I scrolled down.

Anyone?

Hi Hiort

What you will need to do is Open the B&O app.

On the home screen click on the cog on the top right hand corner > then go to the music menu > select DLNA > add your server.

After this when you click on the music icon (bottom of the screen) you will see your Server.

Hope this helps

Great Abhishek!

That solved the problem.

I had a server there in the list but had to refresh.

Likewise.

Thanks for the tip.

I deleted and then re-added my PLEX server on the Mac mini: I did it need to re-do any setup of user ids nor passwords.

I have bought 3 cores and an Essence II but DLNA is really not stable. I really dislike Wifi so wired everything cat 7. Multiple dropouts on core without linkeye.

I use Twonky is Plex any better? (Use the trial version if it makes any difference)

I also tried Itunes, no connection with my shared library?

The coverstory here as well, sometimes it shows sometimes not, BLGW2 app and beoplay app.

This forum should not be about complaining, I am trying to keep calm and relaxed it is being solved or somebody gives me a sollution, but disappointed. Geeked

I think you can point PLEX (at least the paid version) to your iiTunes library.

Hmmm,

Similar DLNA  issue here, if I use the B&O app it says it cannot find DLNA server, if I use another APP on the same phone ( VLC) it will directly find the DLNA server and content..

Anyone an idea?

Thanks!

No reason to disappear unless you have changed something on the DLNA server side which no longer match with the previous DLNA setting in your app (VLC is dynamic discovery while B&O app may not).

Have you tried removing and adding back the DLNA server from the app DLNA setup?

My DLNA server "disappears" from the B&O app from time to time.  I fix it by going into the app and deleting and re-adding it.  My guess is that it happens after my DLNA server gets assigned a new IP address or some other network hiccup.  Happens a few times a year.  My DLNA server (a BM5) is not hardwired to the network, but rather hardwired to an airport express so there's room for natural hiccups.
