Hi,

Dont know about anyone else but did the update this morning for my ipad iSO app to version 1.7.2 todays update which was suppose to fix the no product selected issue, low and behold after using the app afterwards still getting the no product selected issue. Not fixed on my update. Anyone else having this issue. Im using a playmaker mk1 connected to a beosound 5 encore with beolab 6000.

Thanks for any help with this issue.

Not on iPad but iPhone

There was a previous release (v1.7.1 ?) saying that too (1 or 2 days ago), and just after launch, it shows « no product » even if everything works fine.

After relaunch, it was fine (no more « no product » shown)...

And today, there’s a new release (v1.7.2) correcting the same issue Unsure

Works fine at the first start this time Smile

CB.

Funny you should say that, after a bit of fiddling around mine now seems to be working ok. After I did the update this morning it wasnt working, but during the afternoon I logged out of my account a couple of times and back in again and now its ok.

Thanks for your reply though,

Release 1.7.2.xxx arrived also on Android, correcting the "no product" issue, and above all, providing the ToneTouch to Android Yes - thumbs up
