Hi all, I have recently inherited a Beocenter 2200 but unfortunately the counterweight for the tone arm has been lost in transit. Does anyone know where I could get a replacement one from? I have admired this unit for  a number of years so would love to get it back up and running. Many thanks Daniel

You're in luck sir!

I have a salvaged weight.It's a bit scruffy,but as you don't see it when fitted to this unit,that shouldn't be a problem?

Where in the world are you?

HI Nick

This is the best news I have had all day. I am in New Zealand. How much are you asking for it?

On closer inspection, the weight I have is from another unit, but still suitable. It just means that you will need to remove the rear/top case of the Beocenter to gain access,as you will need to calibrate the arm to the correct tracking weight.

Is the small metal tube still in place on the rear end of the arm?I have that too,but it will need to be glued on if the original is also missing?

The part is gratis, but you have e.mail regarding postage to your "neck of the wood's".
