I have a Beomaster 4000 that is in beautiful condition, all the electrolytics have been replaced but when you power it on there is a bit of a dc power bump through the speakers. I thought well lets not power it up with the speakers on, but when you turn the speakers on after powering up it makes a squelch. After all that everything sounds fine and it will play for hours no issues. Is this normal? Is there a remedy. I did not adjust any output biases. I can solder and do basic diagnostics but i try to steer clear of adjusting tiny trim pots on amplifiers. I just feel like it is more significant than it should be but I dont remember what it was like before I started replacing capacitors.

Thanks in advance.

All perfectly normal. Because of the way the amplifier is made.
