Hey guys, I'm taking over the restoration of a very rare travel trailer - a 1947 Curtis Wright Clipper. It was built like a vintage airplane with lots of aluminum and lots of rivets... It's gorgeous.
Anyway, the interior features a lot of polished aluminum. And the previous owner prewired each corner (4) for speakers. I've been struggling with what to do with this wiring and have been thinking about what kind of speakers to mount. Bang and Olufsen design lead me here...
I'd like decent sound, but I am not an audiophile. Did B&O ever make anything particularly streamlined, small, and wall mountable in the past? It would be great to find something 4-0hm so I could power it with a easily hideable auto head unit... but I could also be talked into a 110 system using an inverter to power it.
