What is this and where in the Beomaster 4000 does it come from? Looks like it will keep printed circuit boards apart…  It fell out when I changed the lamps and after that the amplifier does not turn on without both the fuses go.

This part sits on the center metal rail that goes between the two board layers. It keeps the boards from touching the metal rail,
a similar part sits on the edge of the input/output board to protect wires etc.
