Silly price - I have Mk3 5000s like these and mine were about £100. They are the best of the 5000 series though whether the 2500s actually add anything useful is debatable - they look good though!

Calm down Jacques, you know sooner or later you can get a pair for a lot less, just a matter of time, or ask Martin to keep his eyes open for a pair in Denmark.

I will NEVER buy those of course, but they just reminded me how much I want a pair that's all. At this price? Nah.

Chartz I too would love a set . I really enjoy my bv 1600 attached to my bm4400 as I type. There must be other small beovox that are good.(and a sensible size) that work with the classic B&0.

Peter if they are really taking up too much space...... I'm sure I could wedge them in.

Well thanks but the seller will not send, and I don't really fancy a trip to Germany!

Pity then!

I think I will stay with my Bv 1600, easier to handle, fits in a big suitcase, hangs on the wall and sounds good for such small speakers.

I will never buy Bv 5000, or maybe if I find the BM/BL 5000 and buy a bigger carBig Smile

Well i could pick these up and send them to you, it is about an hour drive(?). But shipping will be expensive and their feet/legs are missing.

Best regards

Ralf

Hi Ralf,

That's nice! But I couldn't really justify the cost of the transport.

I don't forget that you incredibly well packed my Beomaster 8000!

In service everyday by the way, but I still have the tuner problem... after 100MHz, nothing!
