Hello, I've recently obtained a Beomaster 1700 with the tractor treads. It's in generally excellent condition but suffers from stiff volume/bass/treble adjustors. Does anyone know how I can repair this part? Grateful for any help, Richard

Examine it more closely.
Check if it's the tractor belt slipping or the rubber washers inside the clutch box.

If the tractor belt - tighten it up a bit using the screws in the white nylon holding brackets.
Losen two screws, pull the bracket while tightening the screws again.

If the rubber washers - replace them. I can supply exact reproduction clutch washers.
Not particularly easy but certainly not impossible either.

Wonderful Beomaster. ONe of my own favourite designs, there's nothing like it.

Hello, it's definitely the clutch washers, as the tractor belt isn't slipping. If I bought the washers from you would you be able to supply a fitting guide? Regards Richard

Sadly, there's no guide ready yet. I simply haven't had the time to make one.
But take it apart, take a look at it and you will see what it takes.
