I have to option to buy an used SP1/2 from 1962.
The diamond is still on an looking good. It costs near 30$. Is it worth it?
Which turntable was this originally created for?
Kind Regards,

I think it is worth the price. It is nice robust cartridge and styli are available still. Only thing to consider is that at that time B&O used 25 degree tracking angle(versus 20 today) so you may need to adjust your tonearm.

Since stereo came along, the playback tracking angle has been defined at 15deg.
