CDx door query

Hi I have a CDx cd player type 5122 and the door motor is faulty.  Does anyone know which motor it is or if there's an alternative please?  Cheers Phil

The motors rarely fail.
Have to checked if the motor gets any power at all?

The motor has definitely failed.  Do you know if there is an alternative?  Thanks Phil
