Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a pair of Beolab's 8000 mk2. As i do not own any sort of a B&O amplifier, i also purchased an Attenuated convertor kit https://soundsheavenly.com/line-in-connection/power-amplifier-to-beolab-line-in-attenuated-convertor-kit in order to connect the speakers to my DENON AVR-1400H amplifier.
After connecting everything and following the instructions, by adjusting the gain levels on the convertor kit so that the speakers sound even i came across one problem.
Even though the speakers sound perfect, when i turn the Denon off, the right speaker will not go on standby.
i tried adjusting the gain levels on the convertor kit, it will go on standby when its all the way to the MIN, and as i increase at about the same level as the left speaker it will go on and off standby.
Any suggestions??
Thanks, Alex

Thanks for your reply Steve, apparently, after tweaking the gain levels with extra gentle moves to the spot where both speakers sound evenly, they both go on standby mode when i turn my amplifier off.
All i can say is that they sound amazing !!!
Thanks again, have a great day!
Thanks Alex,
Glad to hear that all is working well!
Kind regards, Steve.
