Beosound Stage, Beovision 8-40, Beolit 20, Beosound Explore.
Chris Townsend:Great price for an excellent device. They must think long term with pricing though.
I disagree. All their rivals have discounted offers all the time and you can't place BeoPlay products above everyone else and avoid discounting - consumers are fickle and they'll buy a rival product. Got to remember, most 20-somethings are far more aware of Beats over B&O. If you can pick up a Beats headphone at 25% off, which is a regular event, you will.
Consumer sales are based on a) quantity and b) getting as many people as possible to use your product.

LOL@Paul's comment, the first comment of the article! I guess I am one of these "...old men" but I like you're take on it either way!
You are also a part of this forum Paul as many times you have harped on about your A1 since purchase and how much you love it. It's good to criticise constructively as there are many B&O products I too dislike for different reasons.
I think many of us would agree that the 90s were the golden era for Bang & Olufsen but I disagree that Tue alone knew the right way forward, or that the younger generation do. I don't think anybody really knows or can project as we are all so different in what floats our boat and live in a time of rapidly changing products and fashions compared to a generation or two ago. It's guesswork at best, but at the very least products should be fully up to date and rigorously tested before release.
Cheers,Simon.
B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.
