Beomaster 6500 zu leise

Hallo,

 

Ich besitze ein Beosystem 6500 und mein Beomaster 6500 macht nun Probleme.

Die Lautstärke des Beomasters ist viel zu leise, ich höre nur etwas wenn ich das Gerät etwa auf Lautstärke 70 oder mehr stelle, selbst dann ist die Lautstärke aber immernoch sehr leise. Das Problem tritt sowohl bei meinen aktiven Penta Lautsprechern als auch bei passiven Lautsprechern auf.

Ich würde mich freuen falls ihr mir helfen könntet!

Have you removed the five pin dummy plug from the connector panel?If so,this is why you have no sound.Otherwise,if the sound is ok when you connect your speakers to SP2,it could be the common failing of the SP1 muting relay?

Alternatively a missing power supply for the preamp section.

first of all thanks for you reply. I'm currently not at home but will check the dummy plug as soon as i come back tomorrow. 

I already tried connecting the speakers to the Mcl sockets but that didn't work either. It's not even working with my beolab pentas via powerlink...
