Hello Comrades
I have a pair of beolab 9 speakers. I have a pair of white covers and a pair of black covers.
Id like to remove the white ones for cleaning. I called my local store who advised it is a very technical procedure and I need to call technical support and have them remove and replace them. So thats a 100 dollar call out fee, the fee for the time they're here and me taking time off work ( I live an hour away from my work place). I expressed some frustration with this advice.. They then said oh a lint brush will clean them up... I replied no a lint brush wont remove shoe scuffs, drink spills or dog marks.... I dont live in a show room, I live in my house.. we have wild parties... things get dirty!!!!!!!
I WANT TO THROW ALL MY B&O out the F&^% window.... why oh why is everything so bloody complicated. I JUST WANT TO CLEAN MY COVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Surely i dont need to pay hundreds of dollars for the pleasure of having the covers removed which i then have to have them back again to put new ones on.
Im cross...... and hoping someone can provide some sensible advice
