Beosound 9000 mk2 help

|Hi guys i have a Beosound 9000 mk2 but has just started playing up, the radio works fine but will not play any cd`s i have run a lens cleaner through it but still nothing i can hear the laser trying to focus but thats it and then switches off.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi sounds to me as if you need a new cd mech if its not playing any CDs

Common problem, either new mechanism or laser required. Local BO dealer will be able to send it out to be fixed.
