How to connect a B&W PV1 to a B&O Ouverture with BL8000

Hi, firstly I have searched through the previous threads on non B&O subs looking for an answer, but have not come up with the one I was looking for so I am asking you guys now.

I am aware that I use the line-in RCA sockets on the BL8000s.  I am also aware that the cables will have to pass through the PV1 before connecting to the speakers...

However, Im not sure which sockets to use on the base of the PV1, and what sort of cables I will need to use to go from the Ouverture to the sub, and then the sub to the speakers. Where do I purchase such cables online?

I looked up the PV1 user manual and it didnt help me.  Heres a picture of the base of it.
