I had to replace my old PC connected to BEOLINK PC and for compatibility I used WIN 7 -32.
BEOPORT (5.04) installed smoothly and worked fine but:
- no request for BEOPORTAL registration.
- no netradio availability ( due to the lack of registration).

I repeated the installation thee or four time no changes, the step when it asks for my email in order to register is skipped.
The PC is connected to INTERNET no special antivirus are installed.

The Masterlink works ok with the Net Music, but not Net radio.

I contacted BEOCARE and I got this answer:

Dear Mr. Mantineo,

the reason for that is that the provider of the internet radio service (v-tuner) has closed down the website. So you can only use your BeoPort without this functionality.

Best regards.

Still my BEOVISION AVANT 55 connects whitout any problem to NETREADIO ( but it is not connected to masterlink)

I had exactly the same problem but B&O support sent me a link to download a registry patch to fix and it all works ok now.

Why not attach the link here for all BeoPort users ?

Your right here it is, https://www.dropbox.com/s/42r2je36ibmujp0/N.Radio.reg?dl=0, I downloaded it as a .reg file and ran it from the command line.

I got a very quick and accurate response when I raised the same problem it must be who picks up the case. Paul

Or timing if they changed policy.

You would have thought any tech would first check for previous occurrences and their solutions !

Thank you for the file also from me.

I had the same problem with BeoPlayer on Saturday but no time up to now to investigate further.

Thanks very much for the .reg file.

In case the link went broken, the content of the file is:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bang & Olufsen\BeoPlayer\N.Radio]
"ViewSelection"=hex:00,01,02,03,04
"BufferTime"=dword:00000005
"ServerURL"="http://nradio.beoplayer.com/nradiodata.asp"
"UserId"="60B1D8994C224AC69B91931AE710521A"
"SoundIcons"=dword:00000001
"EnableDebug"=dword:00000000

To creat that file, open a Text Editor (Editor in Windows or Notepad++), copy the lines into it, save the file as N.Radio.reg , you may use the command line to insert it into the registry, but it's easier to right-click the .reg file, open with: Regestry editor.

Hi everybody

does N.Radio still work to you ?

I didn't use N.RADIO for long time because it was easier to access through the home to digital radios with DTV+red button from Beo4., accessing my BV55.

But in order to listen them from my PC with Beoport, I added the registry values just now.

But N.RADIO doesn't see any station.

I have W10 Pro ver. 1903

Any hints ?
