Beovision Horizon BeoRemote One pairing problem

Hi,

not sure what I’m doing wrong: I’m trying to pair a Beo One, I reset to factory default to a new Beovision Horizon. The TV starts up and states it is ready to pair and that I should make sure to put the remote into pairing mode. So I took the batteries out and in again and thought this would put the remote into pairing Mode - but nothing happened - the message remains on the TV screen. 

Then I looked into the manual and it appears there should be a pairing option on the remote under LIST SETTINGS PAIRING - but there is no pairing option under settings on my remote...

Anyone knows what I’m doing wrong here?

 

Hi Joko19,

I hate to suggest the obvious, but are you sure that your BeoRemote One is the Bluetooth version? Early BR1s were infra-red only.
