Approx 2 year old A6 speaker decreases volume when playing music from iPhone (regardless of the model) connected via bluetooth. Sometimes it will play normally for an hour, sometimes the volume drops after 10 min and then eventually it stops playing. The speaker is turned on and connected - the music on the iPhone keeps playing (spotify, youtube, ...), so the phone still thinks all is good, however no sound from the speaker. This happens EVERY time. Disconnecting and re-connecting doesn't help, turning the speaker off&on again lets me again play music for 10-60 min before the volume drops and eventually fades out completely. Can I fix this somehow?

There’s a fault with it and you’ll need to return it to www.beoplay.com/service
