I’m having issues with my local B&O supplier and I want to contact B&O HQ for help.
How do do I go about Doug that? I can’t seem to find details on the website.
Also, do people have experience with B&O HQ helping to resolve issues outside of Denmark?
Without wanting to be too much of a debbie downer, I had a truly dreadful experience with a B&O dealer in the UK several months ago and when I contacted B&O, they could not have been less interested.
I contacted them directly and via social media. Perhaps an email to the CFO/CEO might have some impact, but by the time I'd finished all the backwards and forwards, I was out of patience and energy to pursue it any further.
Share your experience here, and on social media if you really get nowhere.

I had some problems with my dealer as well and contacted the HQ in Struer (I think I just googled it and found the phone number online) and got an immediate help. They were very professional and even followed up on the matter some weeks later.
You might have more luck contacting the local HQ? I had to contact B&O UK at one point due to an issue with my local dealer and they were helpful, but that was years ago and not even sure if B&O UK exists any more looking at this:

The problem seem to stem beyond my local dealership but the national distributer / franchisee of B&O.
I couldn't find any direct contacts of B&O HQ in Struer but have submitted an online enquiry to the https://bogo.custhelp.com/ link. Hopefully the online enquiry doesn't just get sent directly back to the local distributor and bypasses B&O HQ!
