Avant 55

Hello all

I have a weird problem with my avant 55 which is intermittent.

I have the STB brackets on the back holding a PS4 and SkyQ box.

When I turn the TV it always swings out into position but 80% of the time when I turn him off is turns on the pole but does not go away.

Pressing the stand button works most of the time.

Any ideas ?

Any sensors that might be a problem or an error log to look at?

Sounds like the standby position needs to be reset

How about on the BeoTool app you can download, and then there is an option to "generate a service report" 

So i tried that, and it doesn't give you any logs

 

But under reports you can fill in some details and you can "start log submission"

but i think a reset of the stand by position.

 

Also what about the cable that connects to the stand?  Maybe that's gone, can you try a new one?  You can lift up the silver base
