Hi, I recently purchased a Beovision 7-40 MK2 and I'm trying to connect my PS3 to the TV. I connected to av4 with the AV cables but can't seem to get anything to work. Any suggestions please?

Welcome to the forum!

If you PS3 has been used with hdmi cables/TV previously, then you probably need to reset its video output back to analogue.  From a quick search:

While turning on your PS3, hold the power button down for about 5 seconds until you hear two beeps. This should reset your video settings to basic and allow you to configure the output (composite/component/HDMI) choice.

I connected my PS3 to my other TV and changed the setting to analogue. On the TV connection option I have set av4 to PC. How do I change the source on the tv?

Go into the connections menu on the TV and set AV4 to be something you don't already use, eg like DVD, V.TAPE or V.MEM.

Then simply pressing this same option on the remote will select that input.

I finally got it working. Thanks for your help. Now I don't have to get rid of the TV in my daughter's play room.
