My Beogram 3000 turntable slows down a bit when shutting the lid and it is noticeable during play. I tried the troubleshooter to no avail. The platter does look a little unleveled (towards the back of the unit) and the rear leaf spring is bottomed out. I don't see any connection to platter alignment right off, but I may be wrong. Has anyone else experienced and/or resolved this annoying issue? - Mike
