Beomaster 1900 Tuner problem

I have a BM1900 that function perfect. except the tuner. it's only play in mono. The stereo lamp is lit and the sound is very good, but can hear it is in mono. Does anyone know what may be wrong?

Is the stereo/mono switch set to stereo ?

Yes set to Stereo and lit up then tuning in to a station. but the sound is in mono. (only playing radio).
