Before I start digging thought I would ask her, see if anyone has experienced the same.

BeoLab 11 turns green but just buzzes, It is connected to BV11, tried swapping PL cable but no joy. Any ideas?

I too have a problem with a BL11, it turns green ok and the 8000s connected to it play as they should - but the BL11 only omits a loud THUMB every 5-7 seconds.

The 11 is connected to a Beosound Core via a splitter and a mark 3 power link cable all from Steve.

When I connect my BL2 to the same setup everything plays as it should.

Did you adapt the settings underneath the 11 for external bass management?
