Since a resent update of the Bang&Olufsen app I can no longer adjust the volume on my Beosound Moment from within the app. Also the depiction of the volume changed. It used to be a circle drawn in two colours where the white part represented the current volume level. Now it’s a circle drawn by four white quarter parts - if that makes sense - like it previously only used to be for my Beolink NL/ML connected products.

I have a Beovision 10 connected via the NL/ML converter and volume adjustment works perfect on the BV from within the app.

All other functions of the Beosound Moment can be controlled from the app without problems.

Anybody know if this is a app problem or a Beosound Monemt problem?

App version is 1.9.10.14979

Beosound Moment software is 2.2.22636.26265250

Hiort:

Yes, that’s what mine use to look like and now it doesn’t look like that any more. Suspect it’s related.

Wonder what the root cause might be...

Yes and actually two.

In the BeoMusic app it looks and behave correctly.

In the Bang & Olufsen app it doesn’t.

(Just checked my girlfriends phone and it’s also the wrong one and she is running version 1.9.5)

Lars, might you have “integrated” the Moment with the BV10? Is the system expecting you to adjust the volume only in the BV10?

Yes very strange. Bothers me I don’t know exactly when the error occurred.

Good point. Just double check and “use tv-speakers” are set to off.
