Hi,

Welcome to Beoworld!  You will need a Beomaster amplifier (eg. Beomaster 5500) to connect between the Beogram 5500 record player and the Beolab Penta speakers to boost the sound and to control the volume.

If you have the Beomaster 5500 amplifier, then please use a pair of 4 pin Speakerlink cables to connect this to the Penta speakers to get the sound and displays working to the speakers:-

If you have a different Beomaster model, please advise the model number and we can assist you further .

Kind regards, Steve.

Steve.
