I have an older Beo4 with TV/SAT/V.TAPE buttons.

Normally, if you press "red dot" and "list" at the same time you have a full menue to add/delete/move entries or change options programming, but with this remote I have only v.opt. Nothing else.

What's wrong wih this Beo4 ?

According to the Beo4 software list, the ability to select the configuration menu by pressing Standby and LIST was only added at SW3.0 in week 39 of 1996.  So perhaps you have a very early SW version.  Press MENU and GO, and then LIST to check.

Unfortunately I am not sure how you selected the config menu before then!

Thanks Guy.

I will try out which SW my remote is. It came pre-used with a BV4-42 and a BS2 MK 2.
