Hi everyone,
I have a bsys3 and a BC9000 in one room. The bsys3 does the tv, bs4000 and BG3500 turntable. The BC9000 does warmer party sound, and is used when we're sitting in the easy chairs.
Right now I put a CD case in the way of the BC9000's IR receiver. However I'd like to setup the BC9000 in an alternate mode (or failing that disable IR altogether).
Is there any way to setup a BC9000 into an alternate/shift mode?
Failing that, how do I set it to option 0 - Tried the tech site instructions and failed.
Finally, I have phono (a.aux) on the BS4000 setup to a list item. Is there any way to setup a.aux/ohono as the record button on the beo4?
Hi
unfortunately it is not possible to set Beocenter 9000 in option 0, only 1 and 2 are available.
Option 0 was introduced in BC 9500 and forward.
Regarding the Aux input, i think you have to use “LIST” to activate the input.

Hi Søren,
That's disappointing to hear. In the end some black electrical tape has done the job.
