Posted this in wrong thread first.

My Beogram 4500 gives no/very low sound. Is it the muting relays that is stuck? Can it be repaired or do I bypass it?

Connected to a a denon amp to the phono I get sound. But to the aux I don’t get sound. I use an internal grounded cable from Steve. No issue with the cable.

Looks like the preamp has been bypassed?
