Is this possible?

I have a Beovision Avant and the Long turn on Time annoys me. Is it possible to connect the speakers to a Beosound Essence MK2 and then tell the TV to use the speakers connected to the essence as its main speakers?

What you would like to do isn’t possible. Have you enabled a quick start timer? The Avant will only take about 10 seconds instead of 45 to switch on.

Go to Setup > Power Saving > Standby > Quick Start Timers. You only need to enable one timer but allow the set to go to deep sleep during the twilight hours otherwise it won’t be able to receive future updates.
