Dear all,
Just have the beocom 2000 - it' s good phone I think except the hand free speaker which I can not understand:
There is actually no microphone when hand free speaker is used. I was told the hand free speaker is just for the listen, but not for the talk. As a telephone (and B&O telephone), I want to ask what' s design logic behind such hand free speaker design? When we use the telephone, we only listen, but no talk?
Any enlightenment?
Daniel
So that someone else (eg family, business colleagues) can listen in.
Or if you are on hold, so you can listen to the music and pick up when they answer.
The microphone is in the handset.
