Hello!
Thought I'd try the forum to see if anyone here has any knowledge on what could be the culprit of this problem. The set has software 4.7, and by the looks of it is manufactured 2002.
So, the thing is whenever bright whites are displayed, it leaves horizontal "shadows":
Tried adjusting G2-settings, brilliance, contrast and so on, but nothing rectifies it. Very distracting when gaming. I thought about recapping the motherboard and neckboard, but if it's the tube itself, then I guess I'll have to chuck it.
Very grateful for any directions or tips.
