BeoVision 11-48 Volume Issue

Hi all,

I’m experiencing an issue with my BeoVision 11 which is intermittent but recently becoming more frequent. When I turn on the tv the volume is 01 and the maximum is 02 so basically cannot hear anything.

Power cycling the tv restores the volume to the correct level but clearly something is wrong either with the software or hardware.

Has anyone seen something similar? Was it a software issue or did an engineer need to replace something?
