Beosound Moment jukebox (tablet) died

Dear members,

Does anyone have experienced same issues with the Moment jukebox?

The tablet seems out of order suddenly. No response at all, as if the battery died. Hard reset with pin did not work and even after day of charging time, no response.

The sound hart works fine, as I can play music through the Moment by using the app.

Thanks for any guidance on this matter.

There are few post with similar problems.

Only solution is to have B&O deal with it, I think.

Thanks, couldn’t find the other posts but remembered that the tablet could die out of the blue. Shall bring the tablet back to dealer, 3.5years old, hope they can repair it.

Fingers crossed. I find it nicer to browse for music using the tablet, rather than using the app on the phone.

Fiddle with the phone enough anyway Smile

Finally my jukebox repaired, the PCB motherboard died. With €435 not really cheap but then again, use of the jukebox as wooden tray only seems not logical either.

One question for the Moment owners. I now have no more click sounds when using the keypad, as far as I recall there were clicks when typing, same clicks when you operate the sound wheel on both sides. Can’t find any setting for it. Please share your thoughts with me.

great that you have it back. I have never had clicks while using the screen. and i do not know of a setting. then again... I might not know everything.

Thanks for the feedback, I’m doubting my memory and asume if you do not have it, all is normal again!

And after a few weeks without the moment, I realise how much pleasure the Moment gives me for a complete B&O experience. There is no substitute for the touch and looks! So sad that there will be no successor of the Moment.
