Hi

I have a beomaster 5500 with the big  master controller. When I turn down the sound using the whell on the controller to lowest level, 00 on the display, the sound is still quite high. I am not able to turn down the sound 100%. Can someone tell me if it possible to adjust the factory setting for the sound so 00 is totaly silence?

Thanks, Kurt

Hi Kurt,

Welcome to Beoworld!  Please can you tell us which model of speakers you have connected and which sockets they are connected to on the Beomaster?  This should help us to identify the cause of the issue.

Kind regards, Steve.

Steve.

Hi Kurt,

Thanks for your reply - this could be a remote control issue - are you able to try a different remote control please?

Kind regards, Steve.

Hi Steve. I have two master controller and two beolink 1000. No one can turn it down. All can turn the volume up. But when it is turned fully down and the beomaster show 00 on the display the volume is like when you listning in a "normal" level.

Thanks, Kurt.

Hi Kurt,

Thanks for your reply.  This sounds like a fault on the Beomaster - it could be worth getting this checked out by a local repairer.

Kind regards, Steve.
