I don't care for the black body so much but I love that new speaker cover. Is it fabric? More importantly can you get that cover on the silver model also?

Agree with Mikipidia that the round part looks very much like the Loewe “design prototype”.
Regardless, I think new stand really is a design statement and that Eclipse looks like a modernist sculpture with it. Officially in love, and want it no matter what. ;)

I checked out the black Remote 1 yesterday at a dealer and I have to say tat I prefer the silver one! The black seems to show finger prints way more and the color of the buttons (more of a grey) does not match the black!
