Apple TV 4K on a BV11-46. Which Format in the ATV settings?

Apologies for starting another thread re ATV and BV11 but just wondered which is the best setting in the Format settings within the Apple TV 4K menu. Mine is set to 1080p SDR (I think 60hz). Is this best for my TV?
