We cannot open the door anymore of our Beosound 4
is there any way to fix it

Have you powered off for a few minutes then powered on again? Sounds cliched but it often works.

Yes, i did this during 5 minutes but problem remain the same.....
Do you have a Beo4 remote control?
If so can you operate the BeoSound4 with it?
Yes, i have the remote controm but same the door only open partly and you cannot acees to the cd...
And nothing happens when you press the LOAD button at all ?

I've had the same experience recently.
The glass door opens, but when LOAD is pushed, the door goes up and then immediately slides back down again.
So no more playing of any CD.That is not a great loss as I prefer the SD cards, but it is not functioning as it was intended.
Only the FM radio and SD card options now play.
