Hello,

I found my parents' old B&O hifi on the atic, installed it in my home, it works but with some flaws:

- the button Turn33/Stop/Pause45 of the turntable is not working correct. One has to push it several times to make it work.

- the on/off switch of the beomaster gets sometimes stuck (will be broken soon?)

- it seems that one channel is less loud than the other. I have to put the balance 80% on the  weak channel to have an equilibrium

- the bass slider doesn't work

- several lights aren't working

Some questions now :)

- Is it easy to find butons etc for repair (like the bass slider potentiometer)

- Any idea about the turntable button?

- Any idea about the volume problem?

- what is recommended also in prevention on the beomaster 1900? (are there some tutorials somewhere?)

Thanks!!

Wim

Just for information, I tested it with 2 Klipsch Heresey II speakers of a friend of mine.

But I found on ebay a pair of nice S45 to go along with the rest... :D
