Hi all,

Sounds like a loose screw or so. I have already replaced the battery. Any advice how to open the upper section of the handset?

Many thanks!

Hi

To be honest I've never got inside a BeoCom 2 handset. Any we get for repair go back to the factory in DK.

Sorry I can't offer any more info.

Regards

Opman

I have never attempted to open one. I would just bring it to your nearest B&O service guy/girl/person.

I’ve stripped one once. Pretty undoable I would say.

The bottom with it’s battery is no problem, but when it comes to the top side, that’s a lot harder to open without damaging the housing.
