Hi all,

recently purchased a used bv10 and the dealer gave me a beoremote one with it too. Only just got round to setting the tv up and I’m unable to wake it from standby with any of the buttons. Red light is on in the middle of the tv at the bottom but getting nothing from the remote. Is there setup that needs to be done on there?

Excuse the newb question, never had a BV before, only speakers!

I think you need to set the Beoremote One in Beo4 mode.

If you look at P16 of the Beoremote One guide, you want to set it up as a 'Beo4 Video' product
