So could I too, finally - after the newest beta version was installed - and the result is exactly the same.
I wonder why this (and other bt devices) must be so prominent in the app.

Please make it possible to hide the BT devices (like you can with the Playmaker).
How about making two sections - those that you want to have shown in the Products View and those, that you don’t?
A Show All button could make it possible to see all...if needed or wanted.
Since my BeoPlay S3 would always be at the first place in the app (re-ordering is still simply ignored by the app), I chose to delete it again.........after all it is just a bluetooth speaker, that I play to from an external app,

On the latest 2.3 beta (2.3.0.18053) the H9i "transparency mode" toggle button is just getting mad (it always switch to activated but it never does anything to the H9i which stays out of transparency mode.
And as almost everyone here, I'd very much like to have a "join" button on old ML products, because its possible to do a kind of join by selecting the linked NL source currently playing on those products page...

Is it correct that older product as BeoPlay a8 , beolit 12 etc not should show in the list with picture?
As the newer product, included bluetooth headphone. Because the products is not show in the app with 2.3 beta, but under the tanwheels (settings) and products, the product show up there, and you can get to software, about and configure. ut should it not been in the list, as the other products.
Is this a bug in the app? Beolit 12 was in the list before.

This is expected behaviour. These products are "setup only" and thus are only shown under settings in the app. This change was made a while back.

Nope.. the pictures and color selection is not coming through.. even after closing and reopening the app (iPhone 6, latest generic iOS release)

bs1 dont show batteri % in the app, AS the Bluetooth batteri speaker.
you need yo go into settings - configure.
Could this be a easy change your team can male?:)
And BT pair, in the front of the app in all multiroom speakera with blutooth, so you dont.need so many step to Get to it.

So this is a bug of the latest 5.0.7 update?
i‘m asking because I bought the earphones before 3 days so they came with that version.
It’s really annoying to open the app first before your music.
Come one B&O you have a great sound and you throw away your reputation with little things like this.

Be aware that event though the version number is higher in the app store it is not different from what you have, just another built from the same "place". We released friday using phased release. That means only 5 % of our users are updated, if you go to the app store you will always get the latest.
@mbolo01: The product is supposed to save it but apparently the H5s doesn't do that. We will need special treatment for it, we have a bug for this already
@Dyssegaard: The last favorite problem sounds like a product issue, I'm creating a bug for it
@laseralex: Multiuser means that the products can now exist on more than one account. Before you removed it from any previous accounts when adding it to yours
@micr0g: This should have been fixed in the last beta that was send out. It always said that there was a new version for some products
@Fansastic: If we can get a hold of the images. For some of the older products it has been surprisingly hard to get a hold of the image assets. Picture selection for the core, essence and blc is on the roadmap.
@Kuyttendaele: Our cloud assets are not correct, that is why it is working for me and not for you. I'm running on test servers. I will have this fixed ASAP

I’ve - yesterday - installed the rgular version from the app store, which is 18245
The latest beta - as offered using Testflight - is 18215.
Is the 18245 a later version?
Which one should I use?

Sorry that was a bit technical. Codewise I always keep them in sync, it is just a different build that I do especially for the review, usually a little later than the last beta. There is not need to switch to the app store version. I will from now on make sure they use the same version to avoid confusion.

Indeed... Pictures of the S3 are ok!
But.. after installing the latest version (yesterdat 4/2) the app crashes every time I try to connect to the S3. A1 is without problems.

@millemissen: I know, changed a lot in how it is loaded, but it didn't worked. From the guy internally they simply disappear from the phone storage. I'm still on it
Regarding the Toneotuch being forgotten for H5 and more. We cannot reproduce this, it is rememberred correctly in our tests. I will contact the product team

@MrAndersen. I asked earlier on the wrong thread but is Tune In Radio for Essence 1 no longer supported on app? The stations don't appear on screen or play. Other items and airplay still function. I am on last Essence 1 software and Tune In came and went with different app updates. Or maybe my Essence is failing. Thank you.

I am having a new problem where my devices appear in the app, but as soon as I go to play something I get a series of error messages. First - "added to play queue", then - "could not insert into play queue", then finally - "besound 2 is not reachable"
I have been having these issues with the last few versions of the app. Sometimes powering the device on/off will resolve it, other times it won't. Sometimes uninstalling/re-installing the app will resolve it, other times it won't. I do not believe it is a network issue, as most of my products (see list below, plus a recent addition of a beosound2) are hard-wired. It happens to both wired and wifi products. When this happens, I usually resort to chrome-casting my music which always works (another reason I do not believe this is a network issue).
I have the latest firmware and am on the beta program for the app.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

@Jans: The configuration page issue has been fixed, timing issue that for some reason appeared more frequently on non-english phones
@Dion: That sounds like either a product problem or a network problem. That is hard for me to investigate and I must ask you to contact support. Is specific for that product or is it happening to all products?

It is a problem on all the "speakers", that is, there is no problem on the Avant or the BeoSystem4. I don't think this it's a network issue (for the reasons in my original post), to me it seems to be an issue between the app and the products. Should I still pursue this through product support?
