I would like to have the in-expensive M3 or M5 as speakers in different rooms and use my Avant 55 as streaming source.
Is this supported out of the box or am I perhaps looking at the wrong products?
Can I use the Android app as remote control?

’Out of the box’, though, I am not sure.
You will have to set up these devices to cooperate and you’ (probably) have to configure the local list of the M3/5’s.
Similar to how it is done with my Essence.
You can activate what you need and move the source up/down in the list.
.....if that is what you mean by ‘use my Avant 55 as streaming source’
