Hi,
I have a setup with four "Beolink Converter NL/ML". I am troubleshooting it not being intuitive to use for my 70yo father. In the BeoTool app I note that only two of these have updated to Software version 1.4.3.19864. The others are at 1.4.0.18322.
In the B & O app I see the section for software update in Products > Settings > Software update, but this says the software is up to date for each device.
How can I update this software if the B & O app does not recognise that an update is needed? The beotool service report does give a yellow light on "Software update"
